Frequently asked questions
How much does Towik Pro cost?
There is no subscription. Towik takes €3 incl. VAT per completed job, whatever the type or amount of the job. The month’s total is charged at the start of the following month. No completed jobs, no charge.
What if a job is cancelled?
It is not charged. Only jobs that were actually completed count towards the amount charged the following month.
Do I have to accept every job?
No. You receive requests near you and decide whether to accept or decline them depending on your availability.
Is company verification mandatory?
No. You can receive jobs without having your company verified. If you wish, you can have your company number verified to display the “verified business” badge on your profile.
Can I manage several drivers?
Yes. The dashboard lets you track jobs, earnings and reviews, and manage your team from the app.
Do I set my own prices?
Yes. You set your prices freely, and they are shown to the driver before they choose. Towik takes no commission on the price of your jobs: only the €3 per completed job is charged.
How do I get paid for the job?
The driver pays you directly, using the payment methods you accept. Towik is not involved in that payment.
How do customers find me?
When a driver reports a breakdown, they see the providers available around them, with their prices and reviews, and choose the one that suits them.
