How much does the Towik app cost?
Downloading and using the app is free. You only pay for the job, at the price shown by the provider you choose.
How do I find a tow truck with Towik?
Open the app: your location is detected automatically. Choose the type of breakdown, compare the providers available around you (arrival time, price, reviews) and pick the one that suits you.
What kinds of breakdown can I get help with?
Flat tyre, dead battery, out of fuel, keys locked in, accident, vehicle stuck or towing. If your problem isn’t listed, choose “Other” and describe it.
Are the providers reliable?
Providers in the network are professionals. Their rating and other drivers’ reviews are visible before you choose, and the “verified company” badge shows those whose company has been checked.
Does Towik work at night and at weekends?
Yes, the app is available 24/7. It shows you the providers available near you at that moment.
How does payment work?
You pay for the job directly to the tow truck driver, at the price shown in the app before you choose. Towik charges you nothing and takes nothing from your bill.
I already have roadside cover (Touring, VAB, insurance…). Is Towik useful?
If your contract covers the breakdown, call your assistance provider first: the job is already included. Towik is useful if you have no cover, if your problem isn’t covered or if you want to compare the providers available.
Who can see my location?
Your location is used to show nearby providers when you make a request. During the job, it is shared only with the provider who accepted it, and sharing stops when the job ends. It is never sold.
